We value your satisfaction and hope that you love your pieces. We strive to provide high quality pieces. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise and we are here to assist you. To ensure transparency and clarity we would like to outline our policy.
No Cancellation:
Once your order has been placed we do not accept cancellation.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items including “change of mind”. This is for hygiene purposes and to maintain consistency for all the customers. We aim to inspect the product before dispatching. In an unlikely event where an item is defective, please contact us. We will promptly address the issue and provide a resolution.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn or unused,
- In the same condition that you received without the tag being removed
- In it’s original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please report the damaged item within 24 hours upon receiving your order - Only if it is defective.
How to initiate a return
To start a return, please contact us at info@aqsathecollection.com with your reason for return and attach evidence for the faulty item. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Returns without approval will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: Our returns are not free, so the return shipping will be paid by the customer - we strongly recommend you send your package with a tracking number in case of lost parcels. We understand that our returns are not free so please carefully review the product description and sizes and our refund policy before purchasing. Failure to do so may result in complications to oneself. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages.
