All orders are processed and packed within 1-3 business days of placement. Excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow 3-4 business days for all orders made on launch day.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer a range of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner:
Australian Orders
- Standard postage (2-8 Business Days): Flat rate of $10 AUD.
- Express postage (1-4 Business Days): Flat rate of $15 AUD.
- Free Standard postage: For orders over $200 AUD
International orders
- Standard postage (6-27 business days): Flat rate 45$
Please provide us with the correct delivery address. Failure to do so may result in non-delivery of your order, for which we cannot be held responsible.
Damages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages in transit. Please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
